As an unaccompanied quintet, I Tromboni’s recital venues are limitless. An outdoor court yard, West coast mountain top, beach, ballroom, lobby, art gallery, performing arts centre, church sanctuary, gymnasium and recital hall have all produced wonderful results.

I Tromboni and Orchestra/Concert Band
 The quintet has developed fantastic orchestra and band programs that are part virtuosic tour de force and part comedic tour-de-farce. All I Tromboni orchestra programs begin with an all-out trombone version of Ravel’s Bolero. Other feats seldom attempted and only achievable by the Team Canada of Trombones include Schumann’s konzertstücke for horns arranged for five trombones and The Really, Really Blue Bells of Scotland. Audiences can’t help tapping along to well-known tune of “Peace Like A River” or humming along with Tommy Dorsey’s “I’m Getting Sentimental Over You”.
I Tromboni and Choir
The team has had very successful collaborations with several choirs in Western Canada. I Tromboni is proud to be featured in concert with such wonderful ensembles as the Vancouver Welshmen’s Choir and the Christ Church Cathedral Singers. From Bach to barbershop, I Tromboni have the repertoire and showmanship to bring something special to your next choral concert. The unthinkable is what we take pride in doing.
I Tromboni and Big Band/ Salsa Band/ Rhythm
The team has also been known to kick it up a notch and groove with a swingin’ band or rhythm section. Salsa chops, swing standards, improvisation and late night gigs are a part of what this versatile group can offer.
